How can we improve our memory. The good memory can improve our learning ability, the good memory is very importance for students study. But how can we do to have or improve our memory. I think there is 3 useful suggest we can do.
1:Give your brain a workout.
2:Keep stress in check.
3:Eat a brain-boosting diet.
For the first one to give you brain a workout I think is if you want have a good skill at something you need to practice. Just like for the study the good academic record need you pay a lot for your brain, prepare a lot at brain, work hard, in your brain and isn't you want and nothing do that you just can have good academic record. So if you want have a good report that you need to pay, so please give you brain workout.There will have harvest when you pay.
The secend one keep stress in check. Some people always think certain stress can promote brain activity. And some scientist show that stress helps improve many different types of conditions, stress also can improve focus, concentration, creativity, memory, learning and reasoning skill.
And the third one eat a brain-booting diet. Just as the body needs fuel, so does the brain. You probably already know that some fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein will provide lots of health benefits, but such a diet also can improve memory. Reseach shows that omega-3 fatty acids are particularly neneficial for brain health. Fist is a particularly rich source of omega-3. Also reseach shows that diets high in fat can increase your risk of dementia and impair concentration and memory.
